Dorchester Bay City is a large multi-phased development comprised of the three separate parcels of land, the Former Bayside Expo Center, BTU, and 2 Morrissey properties. DBC is a waterfront, transit-oriented development spanning over 35 acres on the Columbia Point Peninsula in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston. These properties will be transformed into a resilient mixed-use project with over 5 million sqf of development being planned.

The Former Bayside Expo Center is a nearly 20-acre parcel of land in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood. Accordia Partners won the Development Designation for the site from the University of Massachusetts Building Authority (UMBA)in February 2019. In June 2019,Accordiawith its partner, Ares Management, entered into an Agreement to lease with UMBA. Accordia is in the process of entitling this land with the intent to be a dynamic mixed-use development that will include office, life science, residential, retail, and civic uses through an extensive design and community engagement process.

The Boston Teacher’s Union has entered into agreement, with Accordia Partners and Ares Management, to purchase and include of portion of their property into the DBC masterplan.
